  1. Entrance

This document (together with all other documents referred to below) sets forth the terms and conditions for the use of the Fehu Bloom website and the purchase of products through this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"). By using this website and/or placing an order through the website, our Customers accept the following terms:

  3. To provide Fehu Bloom with accurate and up-to-date contact information and that this information may be used for communication purposes when necessary.

When our customers place an order, they declare that they are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

  1. Availability of Services

The products offered on the Fehu Bloom website are only suitable for delivery within the borders of the Republic of Turkey.

  1. Establishment of the Contract

To place an order, our Customers must follow the online purchase process and click on the "Confirm Payment" option. Upon receipt of the order, our Customers will receive an email confirming receipt of the order ("Order Confirmation"). A second email will then be sent to notify that the order has been accepted and is being shipped ("Delivery Confirmation"). If no such confirmation is provided by Fehu Bloom, the Contract is deemed not to have been formed.

  1. Availability of Products

All orders are subject to stock availability. For products that are out of stock, Fehu Bloom may offer substitute products of similar or different categories and values. If the customer does not accept these substitute products, the amount paid will be refunded.

  1. Rejection of Order

Fehu Bloom reserves the right to withdraw any product or remove any material from the website. In the event that extraordinary circumstances occur after the order has been confirmed and the order cannot be fulfilled, the order may be cancelled and the amount paid will be refunded.

  1. Delivery

Depending on stock availability and unless there are exceptional circumstances, Fehu Bloom delivers orders by the delivery date specified in the Delivery Confirmation. Orders without an estimated delivery date will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the Order Confirmation date.

  1. Failure to Deliver

In case of non-delivery, the products are returned to the warehouse and the Customer is informed. The Customer must contact Fehu Bloom to re-arrange the delivery. In case of non-delivery, the Customer's order may be terminated and the paid amount will be refunded.

  1. Risk and Ownership

Ownership of the products passes to the Customer upon delivery of the products to the Customer or to the person specified at the delivery address.

  1. Price and Payment

All prices listed on the Fehu Bloom website are presented including VAT. No price changes are made after the order is confirmed. During the payment process, Customers' card information is encrypted and protected against unauthorized access.

  1. Invoice

Invoices are delivered with the order and can also be provided as e-invoices.

  1. Pay Now

Fehu Bloom's "Pay Now" feature allows Customers to save their payment information and complete their purchases faster. To benefit from this feature, Customers must save their card information securely.

  1. Value Added Tax

In accordance with current legislation, all sales made through Fehu Bloom are subject to VAT.

  1. Return policy

15.1. Legal Right of Withdrawal: Customers may return products by exercising their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns are made free of charge through the cargo company determined by Fehu Bloom.

15.2. Situations in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products specially prepared for personal needs and hygienic products (underwear, swimsuits, etc.).

  1. Liability and Disclaimer

Fehu Bloom is only responsible for the legal delivery of the products it delivers to the Customer. We guarantee that the products offered on the website meet a reasonable standard of quality.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

All contents on the Fehu Bloom website, including copyrights and trademarks, belong to Fehu Bloom. Unauthorized use of these contents is prohibited.

  1. Viruses and Cyber ​​Security
