1) What are our purposes for processing your personal data and what personal data do we process?

We process your information such as identity, communication, shopping, invoice and transaction security (log records) in order to fulfill our legal obligations and meet our other legal responsibilities towards authorized public institutions and organizations.
In case of any legal dispute, we process your identity (name and surname), contact (phone number, e-mail address, address), shopping, invoice, camera footage and transaction security information (log records regarding site membership, site shopping, permission/explicit consent/contract approval within the scope of commercial communication) and your legal transaction information (correspondence and file information regarding dispute processes) in order to exercise our necessary defense and objection rights in processes with official authorities such as courts, enforcement offices, arbitration boards, to be able to convey the information you request to you and to conduct in-house audit, internal control, reporting, testing, development and improvement studies.

Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Your Personal Data
Your personal data is collected by our business affiliates, suppliers or business partners through automatic and non-automatic methods such as recording your information regarding your purchases or membership transactions on the site in our systems, processing data obtained from your fixed-mobile internet and communication devices or mobile applications, collecting your location information and Bluetooth data on your mobile device if you are a member of the site, processing your requests regarding the products you order with the contactless payment system, recording shopping, collection, delivery, survey filling and other transaction data on the site.
Legal reasons such as "being necessary for the establishment and execution of the contract", "fulfilling a legal obligation" and "being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller" are taken as basis for the processing of your personal data. Your explicit consent is required for commercial communication processes or special order processes. You have the right to withdraw your explicit consent at any time.
What Are Your Rights?
You can always contact us to exercise your rights specified in Article 11 of the Law regarding your personal data. You can send your applications to the e-mail address you have determined as the Data Controller. The personal data deletion process you request will be carried out within the periods specified in the Law and you will be informed.
