This information text provides information on how your personal data is processed and for what purposes it is used if you visit our website www.fehubloom.com (“Site”), make purchases through the Site or become a member of the Site (“Site Member”).

1) What are our purposes for processing your personal data and what personal data do we process?

Site/Mobile Application Usage and Shopping Transactions

  • If you use our website or mobile application or make purchases using our contactless payment system; we process your identity and contact information (name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, address) in order to manage processes such as the execution of your order transactions, preparation, packaging, shipping and delivery of your order.

  • We collect the information you need to fulfil our legal obligations, such as issuing invoices, sending you e-invoices and, if you are a taxpayer, additional invoice information.

  • If you pay by credit card, we process your credit card information to be transferred to the payment institution in order to carry out this transaction securely.

  • When you visit the Site, we collect your Site usage information in order to detect technical problems related to your use and to improve the user experience.

Site Membership

  • We process your identity and contact information (name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number) in order to carry out your membership transactions and fulfill your membership agreement.

  • If you shop as a member, we store your membership information so that you can easily make transactions without having to re-enter your information each time.

  • We conduct personalized marketing activities based on your shopping information so that you can benefit from our membership programs and we can offer you special campaigns and offers.

Commercial Communication Processes

  • If you allow commercial communication, we process your identity and contact information (name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address) in order to inform you about special campaigns, advantages and promotions and to inform you about our products and services.

Corporate Sales Processes

  • If you contact our corporate sales unit, we collect your identity, contact and customer transaction information in order to meet your requests and manage your order processes. In addition, if products are sent to you by 3rd parties within the scope of corporate sales processes, we process your necessary information in order to deliver the order correctly.

Call Center/Customer Relations Processes

  • When you contact us via the call center, e-mail, the Site or social media channels, we process your identity and contact information in order to solve your problems and contact you when necessary. We also store call center conversations and, where necessary, visual records (photos, videos and video calls) to increase customer satisfaction and to be used as evidence in possible disputes.

Legal Processes and Internal Activities

Legal Obligations and Corporate Activities

We process your information such as identity, communication, shopping, invoice and transaction security (log records) in order to fulfill our legal obligations and meet our other legal responsibilities towards authorized public institutions and organizations.

In case of any legal dispute, we process your identity (name and surname), contact (phone number, e-mail address, address), shopping, invoice, camera footage and transaction security information (log records regarding site membership, site shopping, permission/explicit consent/contract approval within the scope of commercial communication) and your legal transaction information (correspondence and file information regarding dispute processes) in order to exercise our necessary defense and objection rights in processes with official authorities such as courts, enforcement offices, arbitration boards, to be able to convey the information you request to you and to conduct in-house audit, internal control, reporting, testing, development and improvement studies.

With Whom and For What Purposes May We Share Your Personal Data?

Your personal data;

  • In order to receive product and service support on issues such as information technologies, marketing/advertising/analysis activities, logistics services, payment services or consultancy that require expertise, with our domestic service providers and business partners (call center, data collection devices, marketing/advertising/analysis service providers, database and server service providers, site and mobile application usage monitoring service providers, e-mail server service providers, e-invoice and e-archive invoice service providers, electronic message service providers, cargo and courier companies, suppliers providing special product sewing services, card printing services providers, printing houses, warehouse service providers, banks and electronic payment institutions, legal and financial consultancy service providers, independent audit service providers, archiving service providers, customer support services and online messaging/voice call service providers),

  • In order to fulfill our legal obligations to authorized public institutions and organizations and judicial authorities and to exercise our rights of litigation and defense,

  • With our suppliers and relevant payment institutions from whom we receive consultancy services in order to monitor suspicious transactions and prevent illegal activities,

  • With our business partners within the scope of activities aimed at increasing site traffic,

  • Transfers abroad: We may transfer your identity, finance, communication, marketing, location, customer transaction and transaction security data abroad in accordance with the agreements we have made with service providers abroad regarding information technologies, marketing/advertising/analysis activities or services requiring expertise (insurance service within the scope of cyber security, server/maintenance and development service).

Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Your Personal Data

Your personal data is collected by our business affiliates, suppliers or business partners through automatic and non-automatic methods such as recording your information regarding your purchases or membership transactions on the site in our systems, processing data obtained from your fixed-mobile internet and communication devices or mobile applications, collecting your location information and Bluetooth data on your mobile device if you are a member of the site, processing your requests regarding the products you order with the contactless payment system, recording shopping, collection, delivery, survey filling and other transaction data on the site.

Legal reasons such as "being necessary for the establishment and execution of the contract", "fulfilling a legal obligation" and "being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller" are taken as basis for the processing of your personal data. Your explicit consent is required for commercial communication processes or special order processes. You have the right to withdraw your explicit consent at any time.

What Are Your Rights?

You can always contact us to exercise your rights specified in Article 11 of the Law regarding your personal data. You can send your applications to the e-mail address you have determined as the Data Controller. The personal data deletion process you request will be carried out within the periods specified in the Law and you will be informed.
