Article 2 - Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the following products, which the Buyer ordered electronically through the website of the Fehu Bloom brand belonging to the Seller at [ www.fehubloom.com ].

Article 4 - General Provisions
- The Buyer accepts that he/she has read and is informed about the preliminary information on the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery conditions of the contractual product on the Fehu Bloom website and has given the necessary approval electronically.
- The product subject to the contract is delivered to the Buyer or the person/organization at the address specified by the Buyer within the periods specified on the website, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days and depending on the distance of the Buyer's location.
- If the Product is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the Buyer and this person/organization does not accept the delivery, the Seller cannot be held responsible.
- The seller is obliged to deliver the product subject to the contract intact, complete, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and together with warranty documents, if any.
- For the delivery of the product, this contract must be approved electronically and the price must be paid using the payment method chosen by the Buyer. If the product price is not paid or is cancelled for any reason, the Seller is deemed to be relieved of its obligation to deliver the product.
Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal
- The buyer may exercise his/her right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
- In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be notified by e-mail or telephone within this period and the product must not have been used in accordance with the conditions specified in Article 6. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the cargo delivery report showing that the product was sent by the Buyer to the Seller and the product invoice must also be returned. The product price will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days after these documents reach the Seller.
- If the discount falls below the campaign limit on a promotional product due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount will be cancelled.
Article 6 - Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
- Products that cannot be returned due to their nature,
- Products customized to the Buyer's personal needs in line with their demands,
- Products that can deteriorate quickly or have a potential expiration date,
- Products whose packaging, tape, seal or package has been opened after delivery (such as cosmetics and personal care products),
- Products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated,
- Digital content provided within the scope of the law on intellectual and artistic works,
- Disposable products.
Article 7 - Dispute Resolution
Consumer Courts have jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising from this contract.
Article 8 - Entry into Force
The Buyer declares that he/she has read and accepted all the terms of this contract and has approved them electronically. This contract shall enter into force on the date it is approved electronically by the Buyer.
